課程概述 |
資通訊技術的興起和普及，無疑是將人類賴以溝通的科技引領到一個全然不同的嶄新境界，相對地，討論「資訊社會」的國內外相關文獻，也幾乎可以用汗牛充棟這樣的說法來形容。然而，由於近數十年來資通技術運算能力、資訊儲存及處理能力的大幅提升，關於個人資訊隱私權、智慧財產權保護、資訊自由、言論自由以及各種憲法基本權利的保護，就順勢成為眾所關切的議題，而且也成為大數據與人工智慧時代的問題焦點所在。因此，本學期之課程內容，將以上述議題所涉及的資訊法與資訊政策爭議為對象，探討其在倫理、人權、憲法和法律等層面的真正樣貌。 |

課程目標 |
本課程的主要目的，乃是希望提供一個衡平的知識分析架構，探討資通科技所引發的法律與社會間的互動關係，深入瞭解科技發展可能衍生的社會及倫理爭議、以及法律如何在科技與社會演進過程中扮演適當的角色。 |
